Alchemy Throughout Time
Taoist Neidan → The practice of merging physical, mental, and spiritual transformation.
Ancient Alchemy → Turning metals into gold, a symbol of soul evolution. Alchemists were early chemists who sought transformation in both physical and mystical ways.
Modern Alchemy → Spiritual Alchemists turn life’s challenges into catalysts for growth. A Spiritual Alchemist is someone who practices inner transformation to achieve personal growth and enlightenment.
Before transformation begins, you must recognize the power already within you.

The path of the Alchemist is one of courage, curiosity, and creation.
You are not just here to heal—you are here to transmute, evolve, and embody your highest self.
I wasn’t just called to this path…
I was Soul strengthened for it!
Surviving, but not fully living…
Before I ever discovered the mind-body connection…
Before I had words like “trauma-informed,” “nervous system dysregulation,” or “healing journey”…
I was doing everything I thought I was supposed to do just to survive.
I was diagnosed with an ulcer at 9.
By 16, I was in traditional counseling after my dad was killed.
I became a mother at 17—and again at 23.
By 32, the father of my children—who I had divorced—was killed.
And by 37, the diagnoses were coming faster than I could keep up.
I was in therapy.
I was on medications—not just for anxiety or depression, but for a long list of physical conditions.
The pharmacy knew me by voice.
Doctors gave me more labels than answers.
All the while, I was trying to work, trying to parent, trying to hold a family together while married to an alcoholic who cycled in and out of rehab and jail.
And somehow… I still expected myself to keep it all together.
I had done everything I was told to do.
But more than once, I was told:
“You may not survive this.”
What I didn’t realize then…
was how much I had already survived.
Then Came 2014…
The year everything unraveled—
so that I could finally step into who I was always meant to be.
– A cross-country move that shook my foundation
– Leaving my home and my family—while my son was deployed overseas
– A career shift within the Federal Government—leaving a job I loved for a promotion… only to land in
– A job that felt like a slow death of my soul
– A new marriage that tested everything I thought I knew
– The birth of my only grandchild—1,000 miles away
Everything I thought I knew was crumbling…
And then…
The Moment Everything Changed…
The Spiritual Awakening shattered every illusion I had about myself and the world.
This wasn’t gentle.
It was raw, painful and disorienting.
It wasn’t just a moment of insight…
it was a soul-level reset —
the unbecoming of everything I thought I knew.
The Message from Spirit

You are here to Empower, Motivate, Inspire,

I didn’t fully understand what that message meant at the time.
But I knew one thing:
I couldn’t go back to who I had been.
Not after everything had been stripped away.
Not after hearing something that clear… that undeniable.
Everything in me knew:
This was the moment I would either rise—
or collapse under the weight of my past.
From Awakening to Activation…
The Path of UNboxing My Authentic Self
Not long after that spiritual breaking open, I simultaneously enrolled at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA).
I didn’t know it then, but I was walking into the next wake-up call.
One day, during my Transformational Coaching class, my teacher looked straight at me and said:
“Tammy, just be you.”
I froze.
Because at 49 years old, I had no idea what that meant.
I realized that somewhere in all the surviving, striving, and shape-shifting—I had either lost touch with my authentic self…
or I had never truly known her at all.
That moment cracked something open inside me.
I wasn’t just searching for my higher purpose anymore—
I was searching for ME.
The more I healed…
the more I remembered who I was before the world told me who to be.
I stopped hiding my intuition.
I stopped silencing the inner knowing that had always been there.
I began listening to my body.
I started trusting my Spirit.
And I made a vow to myself:
I will never abandon myself again.
This wasn’t just healing.
This was a sacred rebellion.
It was a reset.
It was the beginning of what I now call:
UNboxing My Authentic Self
It required me to face my shadows.
To meet my inner child with truth and tenderness.
To unlearn everything that wasn’t mine to carry.
And this is where Alchemy truly began to take root.
Not just pain into possibility—
but possibility into purpose.
From Awakening to Alchemy
From that moment forward, my journey became one of alchemy…
Transmuting pain into wisdom,
trauma into transformation,
and uncertainty into deep, unwavering purpose.
I wasn’t just healed—I was rebuilt, realigned, and soul-strengthened to be the Lighthouse for others on this path.
Now, I don’t just teach Alchemy—I live it.
Every day. Every breath. Every session.
This is why I do what I do.
This is why I can see you, understand you, and guide you like no one else can.
Because I have walked through the fire, and I know the way through.
