BEYOND THE CLASSROOM
Beyond formal education and training, I bring a life that has been anything but ordinary.
Twenty years across some of the most complex federal systems in the country… the IRS, the Army, the VA, the FAA. From clerk to Management and Program Analyst, with Project Management and Supervisory roles along the way. I learned how organizations work, how people get lost inside them, and how to find what’s actually going on.
I have also worked across medical, mental health, insurance, higher education and entrepreneurial spaces. Multiple industries. Countless systems. And an enormous amount of life.
That pattern recognition is not something you learn in a classroom. It’s something you earn.
